Be Wealthy · 8‑week AI program
Six months ago I hardly used AI. Now it does the work of 5 full‑time hires.
I'm a real estate guy, not a programmer. In 8 weeks, we build the same system into your business, one job at a time.

What one AI job looks like
- Pull new leads from the CRM
- Write a personal follow-up for each one
- Send them and log every touch
- Report back to you
01Sound familiar?
“I know AI could save me time. I just haven't made it work.”
- I pay for an AI chat and mostly use it to clean up emails.
- I've watched the videos and tried the apps. None of it stuck.
- I'm still the one doing the follow-up and the paperwork at night.
- Every week there's a new AI tool, and I can't tell which one matters.
That's where Brett was six months ago. What changed wasn't a better chat. It was AI that does the work inside his business, on a schedule, by his rules.
02What people build
You type the job in plain English and the AI does it
These are real systems our team built and uses. Yours get built around your business.
Find out why my competitors show up above me on Google.
AIChecked your Google listing and reviews against the top three in your area and wrote up what to fix first.
Build me a new website.
AIYour custom site is ready to review. If you want something changed, just ask and it gets updated.
Follow up with every new lead until they book or reply.
AITexts and emails go out on a schedule, and they stop the moment someone writes back.
Find 200 business owners in my area I should be talking to.
AIBuilt the list with phone numbers and emails and put it in a Google Sheet for you.
Go through my P&L and find what I can cut.
AISorted every expense and ranked the cuts by how much each one would save you in a year.
Read this contract and tell me what I should worry about.
AIFlagged the risky clauses in plain English, with questions to bring to your attorney.
Compare my insurance policies and look for gaps.
AILaid your coverage side by side and marked where you're paying twice or not covered at all.
Research this market before I buy there.
AIPulled home prices and rent trends from dozens of sources into one report you can read in ten minutes.
Answer the business phone after hours.
AIThe AI answers the common questions and texts a manager when a call is urgent.
Call everyone booked for tomorrow and confirm.
AICalls go out at 9am, and every confirm or reschedule lands in your calendar.
Turn this podcast episode into short clips.
AIPicked the moments people rewatched most and mapped out each clip for your editor.
Get me a table at the restaurant that's always booked.
AIIt's watching for cancellations and will grab a table as soon as one opens.
03A day with AI
One normal day inside Brett's companies
About 50 programs run on a schedule. This is what one weekday looks like with nobody at the keyboard.
5:08 AM
The golf course's daily sales report lands in four inboxes, compared to the same weekday last year. That used to be 30 minutes of pulling numbers by hand, every day.
5:30 AM
Yesterday's coaching calls are transcribed, action items pulled, podcast ideas logged.
6:00 AM
The daily brief. Every commitment, who owes what, what's overdue. When it was first built there were 71 overdue items. It took them to zero.
All day
Email replies are drafted in Brett's voice and waiting for him. He reads, tweaks and sends.
Before a call
A one-page prep on the person. Open items, recent emails, what he needs from them.
When a deal comes in
The broker package gets screened against his underwriting in minutes instead of days.
Mondays
Google rankings for four businesses with a short note on what moved, plus scans of car washes, net-lease deals, golf courses and auctions for sale.
Saturdays
The balance sheet gets checked against the accounts so nothing drifts.
Always
If any job doesn't run, a dead man's switch flags it.
04About the AI bot hype
You've seen Clawdbot, Grok bots and Hermes Agent. Most of it is marketing.
Every few weeks a new AI bot shows up promising to run your whole life. Most of them are one feature from a bigger model with a big ad budget behind it.
Cole has been using those same features for a year, long before anyone started hyping them. Brett started six months ago and now runs his companies on them.
One AI you know how to use well will beat five you barely understand.
05What you're really learning
We teach one AI and go deep on it
We teach on one AI and we teach it deep, so you stop being the person who tries every new tool and keeps none of them.
What you're paying for is the skill. Most people use AI to look things up. By week 8 you'll understand how it works and how to put it to work in a business to make money and spend less.
The skills carry over to any AI, so you aren't locked into anything.
06What makes it different
A chat box gives you answers. Our setup does the whole job for you.
Most people type into a chat window and copy the answer out. This is what changes when the AI runs on your computer with your rules and your tools.
Type into a chat box in a browser tab.
The AI works on your computer, inside your files and your apps.
Every chat starts from zero.
It reads your written playbook before every job, so it works your way each time.
You copy the answer and do the work yourself.
It does the job, then reports back when it's done.
A different answer every time you ask, and you pay for the thinking each time.
It writes a small program once, then runs it the same way every time for pennies.
You check its work.
It takes a screenshot, checks its own work, and fixes what's off.
A website blocks it, and it gives up.
It has a step-by-step method for browsing like a person, so it gets through.
Everything it writes sounds like a robot.
It follows your writing rules, down to a list of banned words.
One task at a time.
A big job gets split across a team of helpers that all work at once.
Hits a file upload limit, or the chat gets too long and you start over.
Works on whole folders of files, as big as you need.
Stops when you close the tab.
Runs on a timer, even overnight, while you're away.
You'd need a programmer to build a tool.
You describe the tool in plain English, and the AI writes the code.
Does what it thinks is right.
Follows your rules. It never sends without your OK, never deletes your files, and checks your records before it answers.
In his words
“It has allowed me to work at like two to three X.”
Seth Choate, Be Wealthy coaching clientHis AI setup was included in his private coaching with Brett.
What he built:
- Monthly rental P&Ls that run straight off his bank files
- Daily KPI reports for his RV parks and flipping business
- A reusable RV park underwriting system
- A full bank financing packet with a live DSCR model for lenders
07The setup
The parts you'll learn to build
Every one of these runs inside Brett's companies today. You build your own versions during the 8 weeks.
Directives
A plain-English playbook for each job, like how to post a podcast episode or how to follow up with a lead. The AI reads the right one before it starts. When it learns something new, it updates the playbook, so the system gets better every week.
Connectors
Keys to your real tools. Your CRM, email, calendar, Google Sheets, Stripe, phone system and website host all get plugged in, so the AI can act instead of just advise.
Code instead of chat
For anything you do over and over, the AI writes a small program once. A chat thinks the task through again every time, and you pay for that in tokens. The program runs the same way every time for pennies, and the result stops changing on you.
Check loops
Build, screenshot, compare, fix, repeat. A website or a report gets checked against what you asked for before you ever see it.
Anti-bot browsing
A tested order of tools for sites that block automation. That's how it pulls listings and contact info from sites a normal bot can't open.
Writing rules
A guide of banned words and sentence patterns that give AI away. The AI checks everything it writes against it, so your emails and posts sound like you.
Scheduled scripts
Those programs can run on a timer with nobody at the keyboard. The daily report lands at 6am, the listing check runs overnight, and the follow-ups go out every morning. You only see the results.
Guardrails
It can move fast because it can't wreck anything. Deletes go to the trash, and the commands that can't be undone are blocked outright.
A real example
The SEO tool we never had to buy
You describe the tool you want in plain English, and the AI writes the code. Cole has built hundreds of these without being a programmer. One of them checks Google rankings for four of Brett's businesses every Monday morning, pulls the same ranking and traffic data the big SEO tools sell, and drops it into a Google Sheet with a short email about what moved.
Thousands a yearwhat the big SEO tools charge for that data
$50 to $100 a yearwhat our Monday checks cost in data fees
Oncehow many times anyone had to set it up
08Your data
Your data stays yours
Your files stay on your computer
Your playbooks and files live in a folder on your own computer. We never get a copy.
It only sees what you give it
The AI reads the files and tools you point it at. What it reads goes to the AI company to process, the same as any AI chat. In week 1 we turn off the setting that lets your chats be used to train their AI.
You pick the connections
You choose which tools to connect, and whether each one can only read or can also act. You can disconnect any of them in a minute.
It can't wreck anything
Deletes go to the trash, and commands that can't be undone are blocked.
Nothing goes out without you
Emails and texts are written as drafts. Nothing goes to a real person until you say send.
09The 8 weeks
What happens week by week
Before week 1
Homework
A short setup video gets the AI running on your computer. You also log one normal week of where your hours go, so we have a starting line to measure against.
Week 1
1‑on‑1 implementation call
You and Cole pick the task that eats the most of your week and build the system for it together. For an agent, that might be lead follow-up, a listing packet, or a deal sheet from one address. You leave the call with it working.
Weeks 2 to 7
Six group calls
Each call teaches one new skill, and then everyone builds it into their own business. Stuck on something? Bring it and we'll fix it live. Every call is recorded.
Week 8
Your 90‑Day AI Plan
Your final 1‑on‑1 call. Cole goes through everything you built and fixes what's off. You log the same week again, and you leave with a plan for the next 90 days.
Every call is 60 minutes. You'll get homework and resources between calls too.
10Who runs the calls
Cole Repp
Runs every call
Cole isn't a programmer. Over the last year he has built hundreds of tools with AI, including the daily reports in Brett's companies and the Monday SEO check on this page.
He has saved more than $50,000 on software and staffing by building his own.
He runs every group call and both of your 1‑on‑1 calls. When something breaks in your setup, he's the one who fixes it with you, live.
11Who it's for
Is this for you?
The AI plan costs about $100 a month and isn't included in the program price.
You run a business or a team and do the same tasks every week.
You want a tool that does everything with no setup.
You can give it about two hours a week for 8 weeks, the call plus homework.
You can't make most of the calls or watch the replays.
You want to run the AI yourself instead of paying someone to.
You want guaranteed leads or sales.
You're fine paying about $100 a month for the AI plan.
You want to learn to code, which we don't teach.
You're ready to change how you use AI, even if you already use it every day.
You'd rather keep using AI the way you do now.

13Why Brett built this
Brett Tanner
Founder of Be Wealthy
Brett has spent more than 20 years in real estate and sold over $1 billion of it. Most of what he teaches comes back to one idea, which is building a business that keeps running when you aren't in the room.
For most of his career that meant hiring good people. Six months ago, it started to mean AI.
Without these systems, he says he'd need five more full‑time employees.
Cole has been building these systems for a year. Brett started using them six months ago, and today his coaching company, his podcast and the two resorts he owns all run on them.
If he went from barely using AI to running his companies on it in six months, you can too. This program teaches you to do it in your own business, one system at a time.
14Questions
Before you join
Which AI do we use?
We teach on Claude, because we think it's the best AI for the money right now. The skills carry over to any AI. You'll need a paid Claude plan, about $100 a month, which isn't included in the price.
I already use an AI chat in my browser. Why change?
A chat window starts fresh every time and only answers questions. In this setup the AI works on your computer. It reads your playbooks before every job, works with your real files and tools, runs programs on a timer, and follows rules you set, like never sending without your OK. It's harder to learn at first, and that's what the 8 weeks are for. Most people find it gets much easier after the first couple of months.
Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can write a clear text message, you can do this. The setup video walks you through installing it, and we check it with you on the first call.
How long are the calls?
Every call is 60 minutes, and that includes both 1-on-1 calls.
What does the founding group get?
The first 10 members pay $2,500 instead of $4,999. In return, we ask for a short video after your first system is working in week 1, and a before-and-after at week 8. Those videos sell the next group.
What's the guarantee?
Save 5 hours a week or your money back. You log one normal week before the program and again in week 8. If the systems you built aren't saving you at least 5 hours a week, we refund every dollar. We ask that you be on at least 6 of the 8 calls, or watch the replay within 7 days, and turn in each week's homework. To ask for a refund, tell us what you built and what you tried. The full terms are on the program terms page.
What if I miss a group call?
Every call is recorded, so you can watch the replay and bring your questions to the next one.
Who runs the calls?
Cole Repp. He built these systems inside Brett's companies and runs every group call and both 1-on-1 calls.
Is this for my business?
If you or your team do the same tasks every week, yes. Everything here was built inside Brett's real estate and resort companies, so most of the examples come from there.
What's the free masterclass?
A 60-minute live session once a month. Brett tells the story of his first six months with AI, Cole builds a real attendee's task live, and then we answer questions. It's free, and there's a replay if you register.
Pick one AI and learn it well. We'll show you how in 8 weeks.
